Aren't we all wary of titles like this

FYC,
Best thing to do is let a educated ear hear it as close to you as possible, don't drive anymore. Save what's left.
Cheers,

Wheres the oil coming from? Have a good look and trya nd trace the source.

BIg end is unlikely to make it spit the oil unless its done all the mains and the crank is moving around in the seals. Did it lose lots of power?

Could be rattling cause the oil is low, coul dbe low cause filter is coming off, a line has split etc, trace the oil leak.

Oh yeah, turning up the stereo very rarely helps to fix an engine rattle.   Can make you feel better for a short time but usually ends in tears

ok thanks for the help lads
i have had a good look this afternoon and it seems the oil is coming from behind the belt wheel in front of the sump the one that runs the two belts but is hard to tell but that seems to be the place oil filter is on fine and no oil comming out of that
got my old man to give me a hand he said try loosen one of the belts so i did but only the one on the left (the one that runs off the alternator ) and truned the truck on the sound stoped?
my dad said it might be the water pump but im just getting confused now

only two things will make an engine spit oil. worn piston rings or worn piston rings. whether it be mechanical failure or just wear.

NO   That will/may make it blow oil out the rocker cover if its not vented back into the intake.

Sounds like it could be the water pump making the noise although I would expect that to be on the same belt as the alternator, but still a highly likely source of the noise. The oil could be the front crank seal, which is not to hard to do. Also be aware the G16s have a bad habit of shagging out the main crank pulley keyway, this can make ugly noise and may have damaged the seal.

As said above post where you are and someone local may be abble to pop by and have a look.

Loosen off the alternator /AC , and remove the belts
Check water pump ,Alt and AC by hand
Remove 4 bolts on water pump pulley and remove
Remove 5 small bolts (Allen key) on main crank pulley and remove
Remove plastic timing cover.
This will allow you to see it it is the cam shalft seal or main seal that is leaking.
Timing marks can be check to see if keyway has flogged , easy to remove belt and check/change key, seals are a little more tricky to get out , but not to bad
