I am now running 33's on my truck and realised the other day that my spare is only a 29 still. just wondering what other ppl have done for spare as a 33 wont fit under my truck, it gets stuck between the panard rod and the drawbar. i thought that if i get a flat now i could jst drive slow till next stop but the diff between a 29 and 33 is quite a bit... and if i replaced the lsd with a lokka (next planded mod) i doubt it would like that much.

I just keep mine in the back, Have you had to change a tire in teh mud with it underneith?

Buy a LandRover bonnet and cut it to fit

...or buy/make a sway-away carrier for the back of the surf... Theres a factory one available - you can probably pick one up from trademe from time to time...

Or keep it in the back... should stand up against one side and a good ratchet tiedown will hold it in place - although beware flying objects in a crash or a roll - make sure its well tied down, not just sitting in there.
