Fixing electric window mechanism on a Terrano/mistral

So the nylon piece has broken again on my front electric window mechanism on my mistral - terrano 2 .
Apparently this is a common problem, and can be fixed with some wire or epoxy,
Has anyone fixed this, and can anyone tell me some steps to take to get the cable back over the pulley roller?

Never fixed one before.
I have 3 drivers and 2 passengers windows spare tho
The fact you have broken one again says ther is something else amiss in the window tracks
Spares are easy to get and cheap too.
