MWB 70 series rubbers and seals

Post by pizzle »

Hi guys and gals

I have recently picked up an HZJ73 that Im in the process of tiding up and looking at replacing the door and windows seals, especially on the sliding windows. The rubbers and felts are knackered and I was wondering if there was a good place to get these? Has anyone removed them completely and replaced with a single pane of glass? What kinda pricing are we looking at?

cheers in advance

Fixable at a price. Have done a few one piece conversions, they have the same problem with the safari side windows. Where you based?

Hi H2OLOVA, Im up in Whakatane...pretty new to this so dont know how to enter my location in my profile.

Hmm, fixable at a price? Am I correct in assuming replacing the sliders with a single pane would be the way to go then?

wjw... havent found any kits here sorry, but havent looked too hard yet either though. I know roodogs in aussie have individual bits and peices
