I am trying to figure out the fuel consumption of a 1uz/toyota conversion, so lookin for actual figures from guys with a 1uz in a hilux of prado with 4.88 diffs.

Hey Dave, just got ya txt while reading your post on here about it![]()
Im on 4.8 diffs and A341-e auto aswell and with the 35in simex's ive got between 11-14lt per 100km but on the 33in Wranglers and driven carefully i reakon im a little over 10lt eh, Ive got a 60lt tank and can get close to 550-600 kms if being carefull.
But as soon as you use the right foot esp up hills passing etc it turns to custard a little.
And thats with no torque convertor lock-up either.
