Better chuck mine up, most of you oldies will know it I think. Its driven out of every event its entered but may have suffered slight failures just after the fact.

1973 series III
1994 disco chassis and rear axle
1978 RR front axle
1996 3.9 EFI V8 and 4spd auto
Double shocks on each corner (best addition I ever made)
Goes ok, shit loads of my kind of fun. Will never sell it so don't ask

Err shall we mention the absolutely SHAGGED rear pinion Mike?
Yes it drove out of the Ashley but you sure as hell couldn't tow it home without pulling the axles Aye!

The Strange Rover owned and modified by Andi Delis is the only truck that really gave the Hilux a scare .
But it broke down every day

It was running a later V8 and had 110 axles with ARB diff locks .The suspension was modified with nearly 900mm wheel travel and 35 inch tyres.
Still broke CVs and Diffs
