pa 80series front diff keeps leaking at ball seals

Hi all. as the title says . the old man has got an 80 series that keeps leaking diff oil out the ball seals. 
As in it drips onto the wheels when stationary
He has replaced the wheel bearings,king pin bearings and all of the seals. Has even put a tighter seal on the left as it was(is) the worst.
We thought the seals might have been put in the wrong way(inside out)?
The ball surfaces are in good nick.no roughness at all.
Dont know if would affect it at all but has a 3inch lift to.
Any ideas would be great
