Nah 32x11.5 will need a body lift at least. 50mm should do it
With tires that wide, rim off-sets are critical.
With my 32x9.5's Simex's (closer to 33"), I run zero off-sets, and it is still close with body lift. Suspension lift does nothing for putting bigger tires on.
Here are some pics of how close it is. I have had to do a bit of virtual lift too.

Body lift is real easy on a D21. They are nearly made to be lifted.
Brake lines all good. Steering shaft needs a bit of a hit. Hand brake cable needs a little work. Oil filter changes become easy

(filter fits through wheel arch now)
My body lift took under 2 hours to do

Gearing is a question no one has asked
Lets just say that the normal diff ratios for a Diesels are the middle of the three main ones out there
This is how 31x11.5 looked with no body lift, on 8inch wide rims @ zero off-set, to give you some idea how close it is.
