hi there, looking at a set of 33s on tm, i read on hear that they will not fit correctly? is this the case? also i am new to all this, when you guys refer to body lift is this the little round blocks that on tm for about $ 150 i assume they go in between the chassis and body mounts, is this something that a warrant guy would pick up on, therefore needing a cert, i am used to going lower on hiluxs i have had a couple of minitrucks etc ha not went up before ha ha . thanks also if i do get some 33s will they go straight on my 8inch hilux steel rims?? thanks

Hey dude, yes your correct the body lift are those 10-12 round blocks. My understanding is that you can get away with a suspension lift alot easier than a body lift.
You need a cert for having a 2" body lift (i have been told that you can shave it down so its just under 2" and your sweet but would pay to double check that).
You will need a lift to fit 33s on. As for the fitment onto your rims they should fit fine but anyone feel free to correct me on this.

Think you will find any size body lift will require cert.

I was understanding it to be anything under 4"lift didn't need cert BUTyour insurance provider might think otherwise..

Its fine for clearance, no rubbing etc.

All body lifts require a cert, but the wof issuer may or may not pick up on it
