Are they wet or dry? Forgive me as not a Mitzi expert.
When I have done marine engines, we heat the block gradually with oxy acetylene torch and spray cooling can into liner and then turn upside down and hit with big hammer and big drift on the bottom of liner. Had one once that wouldn't move because it had been saltwater cooled, used a mini angle grinder with cut off disc and carefully ground a line down complete liner until it cracked, but this was very scarey.
Otherwise, using custom made disc (round-tuit) on the bottom and a large tube on the top with a bridging plate and some threaded rod and nuts, but now i use a hollow jack on the porta-power in the same method.
Worst case send it to a engine reconditioner to have removed
Best of luck.
Cheers,
I keep looking for the loose nut behind the wheel, but I can't find it!!
