Mods to date:

*DSR Turbo Kit.
*Full 3" Mandrel bend exhast from turbo to tail pipe
*Factory rear diff lock
*Recessed PTO winch
*Dynex Dux 75 overbraid winch rope 30m(had very little use)
*35" BFG MT tyres(x5)
*Rear panel 1/4 cut
*Has a full sill cut(see pics)
*Custom Bull Bars front and rear
*Custom Sill slider Bars(Made of HI Tensiel roll cage steel)
*Twin BushRanger Max Air compressers (hard mounted with pluming,can pump 2 tyres up at a time)
*Diffs Shaved for better ground clearance
*Drop Boxes to correct caster
*Rear mounted batterys
*Rear lower Shock mounts have been lifted
*Strenghtened and lenghtened lower rear suspension arms
*AVM Free wheeling hubs

Sorry to hi-jack, but how did you "shave" the diffs? You can't have much clearance left between the crown-wheel and housing! And how have you replaced the bottom pinion housing bolts? It doesn't look like an easy job, but a huge increase in diff clearance!

is quite a bit of work if you dont already have the diff out,gain is approx 18-20mm which doesnt sound like much but sure makes a differance on a rutted track.diff head bolts dont change.

Nice work! That's nearly the same difference as a 2" increase in tyre size. Well worth the effort - but I might wait till the diff needs to come out for some other reason...

Are you really that happy :?: , you put a lot of work into building what turned out to be a very capable Club 4Beeee, hope this is not the end of your 4WDing as I have enjoyed your company
