Get one made up out of channel steel. Made mine out of this with an interchangable tow hook/ball mount and two mounts in the channel inline with the chassis to take 4.5t rated shackles. I then have some tube steel going from it back to the rear wheel arches to jack off and protect the rear sides. Had side rails and front bar made as well. Have had no panel damage since I surrounded my truck with steel, albet half aton of it.

I will take some shots over the weekend and post them up. Do you want photos of sidebars and front bar as well?

Patience is a virtue  How do I put a pic in a post. I have tried to cut/copy and paste from the file but no can do. I need very specific and detailed instructions becuase I hate computers.

Yeah it takes a pounding. I had it made up by engineers, there is some stuff you can't see underneath tying it all in. Good for backing into toyota's hey Mike.
