The first video shows the front wheels turning on the towed truck and the second one appears to just have a few people standing on the skid. You need all the forward weight on a skid pad . My UTV could do that for miles. Here’s a UTV the same as mine pulling 3600 lb (1633 kg) on the skid.

quoting his post from the forum it was listed on originally
G,,day i couldnt help myself and entered a tractor pull.
i won the 4wd class , 3 full pulls out of 4. that was using the smaller sled.
at the end i had a go at the big sled 7000 kilos
including 2500 kilos of water in the movable tank.
i didnt know what to expect.

i was amazed , 59.87 metres a full pull is 100.
i went further than a fair few large tractors.

a couple of pics as well

Yeah, that’s fairly impressive alright, I guess my point is, that I had not seen the front axle on the ground and rolling before.
There was a good write up in the Saturday Herald about the return of the mighty G Wagon. The link is http://www.nzherald.co.nz/motoring/news ... d=10713373
7 are coming to NZ but check out the price.
