TD27T Terrano Valve Clearances

I need to know what to adjust the valve clearances to, hot or cold. (Preferebly cold) I have been told 0.25mm ??? Is this right / wrong, hot or cold??
Any help greatly appreciated guys,

Hi Kez,TD27T [D21] =0.35 hot.TD27TB [R20 Mistral] =0.25 hot. TD27ETI [R20 facelift and R50] =0.25 hot.Warren R
