Vacuum Hubbs

Post by Bubba »

I have heard of Free Wheel Hubs and Auto locking Hubb’s but I haven’t heard anybody discussing Vacuum Hubbs. The appear to have all the good points of a free wheeling Hubbs and address the issues around Auto Hubbs. They lock and unlock when the vehicle engages or disengages 4wd.

Then again, I was reading the sales pitch

Any comments,advice

i had a cobber with vacuum hubs on a mazda proceed. he had trouble with airleaks. might have been one of those things, but give me a trusty old manual hub anyday.easy to work with, easy to work on. but thats just my opinion............
