Im in the process of moving my radiator to the tray of my truck and trying to source some flexible radiator hose or hot water hose, 38mm id. Im using alloy tube for the main part down the chassis rail but need something through the tight bits that reasonably priced if anyone has some suggestions? Cheers

just been thru this I used stainless not alloy and found that irrigation hose suppliers (any that do "Gates" brand can do radiator hose in1 meter lengths for about 20 bucks but longer lengths are insanely priced. Could also get marine radiator style hose that would be perfect too run the whole way but at $70 a metre I laughed all the way out the door. in the end used proper radiator hoses from super cheap. formed bends of all shapes and sizes for $10-15 each. but best thing is you get to rummage thru there shelves and find what you want. Only using them at the ends I didn't need many

Repco sell different lengths and sizes of flexi hose. Don't know if you'd call it reasonably priced though. Sets to the position once it heats up

Supercheap sounds like the one, paykels want $50+ per m for radiator hose... Was keen for flexible lengths to get it thru the gaps a bit easier but will go see whats available at supercheap.
Will the standard water pump keep up or do I need an extra electric one? Its a good old 3b diesel toymota with a hairdryer on the side :)
