Possible data loss of images and video

Hi All,
Had a slight hiccup with the site today and may have accidently lost some images and / or video posted recently. If your avatar just vanished re upload it. check any photos you uploaded or videos. sorry, it was just one space character in a command and the whole site nearly went!!!!!
