Hi there, I'm looking at putting a qd32t into my navara, can the electronical injector simply be swapped for the mechanical one from my qd32, any other issues I should know about?
cheers

Re: Swapping Qd32 injector pumps
I and one or two others here have done this on our TD27's. I know nothing about the QD32 but if the motor is the same (ie. the standard and 't' version) then the pump should work.
However if the mech pump doesn't have a boost compensator then it may not work quite as well as it could but it's probably not necessary. Also you may find you'll need to fit the tacho sensor from the old motor (guessing here) as it could be part of the electronic pump system in the new one. Neither of these things would be show stoppers in my view and probably it would be much easier to do than fitting the rest of the electronics required simply to drive the electronic pump.
Cheers, P.
