Ok.....what do Coil spring spacers do for a truck....do they raise the body height? I still have 35's that rub....and need to lift the body out of the way.

Or do I just do the body lift?

Cheers

body lift would be the best way mate

Spaces (anyone can correct me here) but are mainly to level out sagged rear springs.

Get a 2inch body and your be good to go!

Coil spring spacers lift the suspension not the body.

Spacers under the springs can be used to give a lift especially if you need a little more height but don't want the suspension to be too hard or firm.

Downside is that you have softer suspension but possibly more body roll on the road. Its a matter of getting the right balance.

Spring spacers will increase your center of mass by lifting the chassis and all parts (except diffs and tyres) higher, where the body lift only lifts the body and keeps the chassis, motor, gear box...etc at the same height, so center of mass is not affected as much. Better handling when you do the body lift as opposed to the spacer lift..........

+1 for the Body Lift
