workshop / garage space to rent in West Auckland

hey all

I'm totally over my tent workshop so looking for some workshop or garage space to rent

looking for parking for 2 Suzukis , few boxes of parts etc and some tools. hopefully with enough room to work on them as well.

would prefer new Lynn area but any where west auckland would be manageable

anything with a real roof would be better than what I've got!!

I all ready have them saved to my watch list.

problem is most of the leases are for 10g or more, and are a little out of my league in terms of what I can afford on my own weekly.

what I wad hoping for was a price of unused space in the back of someone's workshop or a partnership style lease.

that's the problem with most workshops like that ae,you;d have to live in them and count it as rent to make it doable.my mates dad has a building in new lynn,ill see if its available at the mo etc
