I find it 10x easier to upload direct from facebook.

Open the picture (if it pops up in the new window thing press F5)
Right Click
Copy image URL
Then click the img button up the top of where you write the message on here it should come up like this:
Paste image URL in between the img link so it looks like this:

Then add your message and submit

Where's my manners :?: :!:
Sorry mate for the tardy reply.
I use the smallest standard ratio diffs, so swinging the big tires isn't so hard on the drive train (gearbox, diffs and CV's).
I just have a Chinese locker in the rear and am researching into a front traction aid. Small amounts of progess here, still up to the measuring part
Manual hubs much stronger.
You will have to post some pictures of the intercooler (everyone loves pics  )
If you want any advice, PM me or txt/call.
Cheers,
Simon

pretty much bolted striaght on , had to modify the pipe coming out of the turbo and make a mount up , reused the exsisting egr throttle body , had to drill and tap it into the inlet manifold but that was easy , and i put the map line into the inlet manifold just under the intercooler , i also rigged up a sprayer for the intercooler , which i reused the sprayer from the lefthand frint light , works a treat too :D

Nice and simple 8)
I too, thought about drilling and tapping inlet manifold but decided to make my own adaptions so it can be returned to standard real quickly.
Yeah, the head light sprayer good for nothing else
I use my sprayer for the windscreen washer as i ditched the tank normally used for washer to put snorkel tube through the inner guard.
You're on the right track.
Have you upped the boost and/or fuel yet?
Cheers,

sweet , yeah i guess ill be doing the same once i get a snokel , yeah simple as really , ive upped the boost to 12psi for now but wanna go higher , am planing on doing a 2 and a half inch dump pipe of turbo and increasing the fuel next , the fuel ajustments a bit of a bitch to get to by the looks of it , also wanna put new springs in back and wynd up front , remove side steps etc haha where do you stop really ,
all the orginal holes in inlet manifold still there and could be changed back pretty easy , how much was your rear locker ?

I got mine from Steve at 4wd Fibreglass in Hamilton. Not sure if he still sells them. Couldn't find a listing on Tarde Me.
Can't remember what I paid, but I think it was $1200-$1600 or so, with compressor and loom. Had to pull it down and re-size all the O rings and re-shim the thrusts under the spider gears.
It's the same as a Safari/Patrol front diff.
Spend the time and search wisely on here and you'll find al sorts of good info.
Cheers,
