any one know of any one that would or dose sell externals for a 2.4 t hilux ??

no.

the stock turbo has an internal but manifold doesn't.
to fit an external you will need to make a custom manifold or some sort of adapter between turbo and manifold.

also i high doubt you could even run a big enough turbo to require an external turbo.

I wouldn't be so sure... Just kidding..

at least your running a 3 litre

2.4 diesel is a slug off the line at the best of times, it will be a snail with a really big turbo. better to rip the 2.4 out and fit 2.8 or 3 litre in there.

I would fit EGT, 3" Exhaust, good intercooler setup, Disconnect wastegate an up the fuel to about 520deg..

But that's just me.
