Depends on two factors:
1) How seriously offroad do you go? I used to do the Akas with swaybars on with no issues. Particularly as I see you have a diff lock. Articulation is great, but a diff lock should get you there most of the time with some thought and care.
2) How much of the time is the vehicle on road - in my past experience, removing the swaybars does create quite a bit of roll on the road - noticeable so in a Pajero.
Cheers

If you remove it completely you will run into trouble when it comes to WoF and so on. Will help with a bit of flex. Having diff lock is good. But when you are learning to drive try go without the diff lock as far as you can. helps teach you what lines to take etc.
