MARSHALS REQUIRED - RUNVA TOUGH TRUCK
Posted: Fri Jun 24, 2011 3:55 pm
Hey all, we need your help! The Runva Tough Truck is only 3 weeks away today and we need some more marshals...
It will be run at the TECT All Terrain Park (between Rotorua and Tauranga) on the 15th - 17th of July.
We have about 18 stages that will be run over 3 days so we need marshals for the following periods:
Friday day stages (10am - 5pm)
Friday night stages (5:30pm - 10:30pm) or when racing finishes
Sat day stages (07:30am - 5pm) or when racing finishes
Sunday day stages (07:30 - 1pm)
You will be critical to the running of the event as you will be time keeping and ensuring the rules are complied with and this year with spectators, you will be ensuring they stay at a safe distance. In return you will get to see some awesome racing and be involved in the event. Plus of course our total appreciation!
We'll most likely run some training on the weekend before the event so even if you're not experienced but are keen to help out then stick your name in. If you're a crazed Sgt Major then perfect.
If you're interested in helping out then let me know which stages you will be available for either on this thread or by PM.
Cheers
Dan
