I've been keeping an eye on the prices from the US for these products and ARB's in NZ are extreamly expensive. Maybe the supply chain is getting to many ticket clippers in it but its forcing the market to look elsewhere and do what Suzolla's doing. What staggers me is that some NZ retailers are complaining about loosing customers to overseas retailers, why do you think this is?

Good on you Suzolla.

Yea its crazy aye, they are made in Melbourne and its cheaper for ozzies to buy them from the states and ship them back to OZ. does anyone know how much the TJM pro-locker's are in NZ.?

i am all for supporting local trade but to be honest i rarely buy from nz anymore, i use ebay or numerous other places, i find most retailers in nz very greedy and if there not making 200% there not interested.. ive worked in retail and this is fact in some industries, obviously not all before someone tells me otherwise

i rang oz around 3 weeks ago, dandenong 4x4 as i have a mate local to them and he was going to ship to me labelled as GIFT to avoid any tax.. however the price worked out almost the same as here with post, he actually said they were losing alot of trade to usa with exchange rates etc and in some instances the lockers are half price.

last week i would have been interested but a meeting was called at work friday out of the blue and we have been told redundancies will be made this coming week, voluntary first then compulsory, damn this recession.

I brought a set in from the states about 4 years ago, paid a lot for the (air) freight but they still worked out pretty cheap at about $850 NZ each sitting in the states

Yes that was a pretty good price, and the exch rate must have been pretty good, but also need to remember CC fees and GST plus the freight and you seem to end up paying GST on the freight cost as well. so it all adds up.
And that was 4 years ago.

For most the max cost would be $1500, probably a bit less, depending on exch rate at the time and shipping cost, also will be less if you pay a dep.

PM me if interested, will need to give me the model code for locker to see what cost is.

Cheers

Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

Hi, good to hear the Longfields are good.
This is just for the diff lock and bits to fit, no comp.

Hey, I am looking at getting lockers for my pajero. I believe it is RD46, and RD110-4, but still need to confirm. Would you be able to find out how much they would be? Are you also able to source the compressor etc?
