hah just thought this might help someone and maybe help me also.
I had an issue with clutch slip, the kit included a master cylinder and i thought it a good idea to swap over the pushrod to keep the same size thread. the end of the pushrod was too long and blocked off the fluid return hole!
didnt pick up on this for a fair while haha but wondered why, when she got hot she would slip like buggery.
clutch pedal is a bit of a prick i find, quite hard to push then quite a bugger when its returning, so am going to try a new slave, and see if its out of alighnment, the piston had a fair bit of wear on it any ideas or simalar problems??

Re: Commy V6 Hard clutch pedal, with hot slip Marks kit
my appologies, it is out of alignment, both ways. what a rip!!
Re: Commy V6 Hard clutch pedal, with hot slip Marks kit
If you have the time send it back to marks as they will not want to know about it after you have had it machined.
I tried making them aware of the issue and they were not interested.
