for sale , 1986 BJ 73 landcruiser MWB, motor has been changed from the 3.4 turbo to the 3.4 non turbo which has only done 100,000kms, rest of truck has done 157,880kms in pritty good condition, its a standerd truck. $4000ono, im located in taupo

As per photo that doug has put up, i had a gq patrol on 35s ect that was stolen, striped out then burnt, i was told they were going to pay out no worries, but have since decided that it was stolen because of the mods i have done to it and have now said they arnt goin to pay out but they are happy to insure me with my next 4wd, im selling as i brought this with a loan from a mate and nw have no means to repay it with out selling it

what insurance company? i would be arguing that call very strongly, just because they say something to try get out of it doesnt mean it will stick. dont let them get away with it.

its with NZI, so i probly wont be using them agian, Im arguing it, along with the P.I that came and interviewed me and my insurance broker are all on my side about the fact that i should get a pay out so just got to wait and see really

Had you told them about all the mods to the vehicle? i.e. was it insured for the mods?

the mods wernt insured but they were aware about them being on the patrol and had no problem about them until now

Seems Bullshit man, Im insured with them, they have no problems insuring my mods. Ive even had a claim with them for a modified car, and they payed for new mags,shocks,lowered springs etc that were damaged in the accident.Dont let them get away with it!

I've had big problems with NZI over the past months too due to being hit in my 4x4. Chase it up man. Stick the squeeze on em and it works. They just take ages to pay out....almost seems out of spite.

Does make me a bit worried about my insurance now though.

theres a little bit on the passengers door frame but other than that theres no rust but im sorry to say that it has sold already, was on trademe for 20mins and it was sold to a guy in hamilton,
