fuel tank questions...

im wanting to relocate my fuel tank in my surf and preferably have a smaller/flatter tank...
does anybody know what tanks have the same system that i could try instead of getting a custom one?

any help would be much appreciated

Best and easiest place for a surf tank relocation seems to be between the chassis rails just in front of the last cross member. Thats where mine is and its well out of the way. Rokhound has his there too I think

They fit in here real easy. No I don't have a bash plate yet, but check out the tank, it doesn't have a ding in it. Will put a bash plate on though.
I also have yet to move the factory filler cover etc and fit a new filler neck to the tank (on the list though).[/img]

When your tank sits about 2 miles from the ground, its no wonder there are no dings in it!!! :lol: :lol:
