center does what and when do you use it ? without it the lockers wont work, transfers drive to both front and rear of vehicle, have found out lately that even on the simplest of stuff (clay track) you get nowhere, so it pays to engage when going off road

rear locks the back axel solid ? correct

front locks the front axel solid ? correct, but be careful as to when you use it, never on flat hill surfaces it has a tendency to flick you sideways. only use mine it rutty situations and really slow crawling over rocks etc

i put all 3 in on a flat paddock and you could hardly turn with front one in it tends to lock up steering a bit, well it does in mine

and what size speakers are in the front and back doors of a 91 vx ltd shitty factory 20W ones, biff them ASAP

thanks

#will flash when trying to lock after you turn button, then solid when they have locked

and what do they do and when can you use them ie

#Center diff allows front wheels to turn at differant speeds to rear on road when steering as its a fulltime 4x4 and this is to avoid breaking stuff. Center locked means even 50/50 drive between front and rear with no slip. Dont use on road. Always use offroad.

rear locks the back axel solid ?
#yes stops slip in rear diff

front locks the front axel solid ?
#yes stops slip in front diff

i put all 3 in on a flat paddock and you could hardly turn

#front difflock does this and it always will, as all wheels turn at same speed but outside wheels need to travel further than inside when steering, hence why having this engadged on solid tarmac etc will break stuff

and what size speakers are in the front and back doors of a 91 vx ltd

#cant remember off hand

thanks

easy to fix, switch is on the diff head, needs a 25 mm deep reach socket to change, and $120 for a new switch.

If the switch is the same as mine is a reverse switch as used in most toyotas, cost me $20 from ripco. toyota wanted $300. lol.
