I am looking for some workshop space to rent, don't need a massive amount of space, maybe 50m or so, also don't want to spend massive cash.
Would need to have power and access 24hours. Need somewhere to store and work on my trucks/Motorbikes etc. Central(ish) auckland would be ideal... penrose, Ellerslie, mt welly etc but let me know if anyone has anything available.
realistically only looking at maybe $250 a month max but if you have more space I have a mate who is looking for about 100m and 400 odd a month so could work something out?
