Hi all. I have an LJ78 Prado, 2LTE with 3L head. At the moment its sucking the go-go juice like nobodies business!! even with a featherweight right foot am getting less than 450km to an 85L (correct me if I'm wrong) tank with a mix of around town and open road driving. Sometimes less than 400! What helpful hints (apart from repower as that's not in the budget at present) do people have for getting a little more mileage from a tank? Anything 2LTE specific?
Have already given it a 2.5" exhaust to help it breathe better and am planning on intercooling but what else can I do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Rhys.

block egr, disable butterfly system, reco injectors, advance the pump a bit (as ecu only corrects it once on start up), sometimes the caps go in the ecu causing a few problems.

Interesting, will have to do some research to find out what the hell half of that means and how to do it

Yep the hubs are disengaged. Have just replaced a hub and checked it all out while doing it.
