We are staying with Debs sister here and shes a solo mum to 4 teenagers. One of the boys has 2 bikes a xl125 and a ts185. Both of them are very tired.
The xl kick start has a broken shaft in to gearbox.
It has some spark. Me and the young fella spent the last hour pushing it up and down the street. It only fired once.
The Ts has had the kick start welded to the shaft at some stage. It has come off the spring so will not catch.
The gear leaver shaft has been striped and also welded. The weld has now broken. We got this bike running but the gear leaver falls off all the time so is very hard to ride.....
We got no tools(a few screwdrivers etc) and money is tight.
Can anyone help? We are in Avonhead
Thanks Malcolm

ok we have had a look. looks like we need for the xl 125 a crank shaft.
and a kick leaver.because the kick leaver had been welded to the crank shaft.
the ts 185 needs a gear shaft for the gear leaver.
and a gear stick because has been striped and welded.
the kick start on the 185 spins free not sure why.
thanks
