runva solenoid

am getting a runva 12000lb winch for the saf and was wondering how the runva solenoids stand up to things?
Also what size power cable should i use from the bats? Have heard the 70mm is ok but as we do a few club comps want to make sure its going to get the juice it needs?
Any advice on mounting controlbox be good to

I have a 10,000lb winch of theirs and have had no problems with the solenoid at all, it seems its a sealed unit on my winch anyways. The only issue I had was with the switch on the case, but that may have been addressed by now.
