Goodyear Wranglers 33/12.5/15

I can get my hands on a set of these for $1300. thought it was reasonable price but never used these tires, nor anyone i know. anyone here had any experience with them? and over what kind of terrain?

had some on my ute afew years ago pretty good tyre hard wearing, spin them and they will clear and grip

that's spanking new and fitted balanced etc. will only be used for 4wd trips, got a/t's for the road. anyone used them in clay?

wow that is cheap im amazed there are still mtr's round i havent been able to find any for at least 2 years when they switched to the new kevlar wrangler. it is the old tread pattern isnt it?

no its the kevlar one i think. sounds as though most tyre brands have changed to new patterns that are shit then, iv tried the new BFG muds, crap compared to old treads.

how did u get them so cheap? for a tyre shop to buy off goodyear it worked out to be round 400 mark + gst each

mates with someone at a tyre shop. didnt say it was a huge discount either. wasnt on his staff price or anything.

Can you get more than one set? If so id be keen. :D
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

Ill ask, but your kinda far away. the discount might be offset by shipping all the way to otago or chch. but ill ask anyway. will let you know here next week.

Freights not a problem I can get them down for next to nothing. :D

hell year id be keen to.

im running the old pattern so far they have lasted 5 years an still strong. good all round tyre sofar.

CCS wot would it cost for u to freight down 2 sets :twisted:

let you know tomorrow. see how many sets he can do at discount as got orders for 6 so far, haha, should make their monthly figure look good even without much profit per set!

Right well, they only had one set in stock, and then i got told theres not any more in the country, so it looks like we are shit outa luck here. since some other bugger snuck in and bought the last set too before i could, oh well, thats life.

I went to bro repairs, and was quoted over $400 per tyre fitted, and that was only for 31" using our work discount.

That's an awesome buy.
