SJ413 Transfer Case into a SJ80 Coily Zuk...

Post by fonz »

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has or knows of any links to forums where they have put a SJ413 transfer case into a 1998 SJ80 Coily Suzuki?

Basically just after what was required to getting the 413 t/case in and mounted correctly.

Looking to get a lower ratio in 4x4 Lo.

Thanks in advance

I ran a 84 410 Tcase in my coily with 413 flanges on the Tcase and all the 413 drive shafts. Then i drilled the coily diff flanges to suit the 413 drive shafts, the front drive shaft did need a 50mm spacer(i still have one if you need one)

If your going to the hassle of changing the transfer case why not chuck in a sj410 one, it is the better option at the end of the day.

Thanks. You're right in saying the 410 case be better. Mudslut, I will PM you about the spacer once I got everything sorted.

Do you know if the mounting points the same? Or what needs to be done here....?
