Safari. a unique opportunity to take your "Shiny" 4WD through the metal roads of the Hunua Regional Parkland on a course to test your skills. Take in the breathtaking views and drive through parts of the Hunua ranges normally closed to public vehicular access and enjoy some off-road mystery adventures. Lunch and cold drinks will be provided with spot prizes during the day. Cost $90/vehicle. Entries close Friday October 28. Numbers strictly limited. 4WD-type vehicles with good ground clearance i.e. no 4WD cars. Held with the support of the Manukau 4WD Club. Only after the third email will you get a reply and that will tell you it is already full and has been for some time.

Proving to be a popular trip, probably because it hasn't been run for 3 or 4 years.
