i have busted quite a few tie rod ends 32x10.5x15 simexs

since i put on an idler arm pivot brace i have not bent one tre
The idler arm pivot had bent and allowed the castle nut on the inner tre to hit the frame and wore half the nut away. i think this put extra stress on the tre.

i copied this but in reverse
i don't think there are any tre that have the same taper and are heavy duty.

I have a brace on the bottem the idler arm it still did not help regarding the tie rods I may even see a engineer if he can make something up that won't bend,

I like your support bracket , diferent to mine as mine comes off the chassie and bolts to the bottem of the idler arm,

Do you have a intercooler? if you do,dose it make much differance

Also do you have much problems with cv's
