well i finally got around to draining the auto trans and replacing the filter
had to get the filter in from germany all good though bolted it in fine and put 7 litres of fluid back in the tranny these germans do like their oil

also took of the spare which was on due to a puncture and then i thought you guys might like to see a pic of what is underneath this thing so here is a pic

and since i was having so much fun i started looking at where i am going to mount my winch when i get around to it

That top pic shows your reason for a lack of artic, that big antiroll bar people call a diff, take 1 bolt out of 1 of your trailling links and test it again

Finished my top row of lights. Checked levels and greased up, packed up some spares, added another fire ex to get up to 2kgs.
All ready for Rere next w/end 8) :D
Anyone else going ?

i think i need to make me a ramp to test it on that stump is to low now
took me about 15 mins to take the bolt out had to take off the wheel and the front shock as well but not so difficult i can't do it before playing in the mud :D :D

now all i need is a free weekend and some mud to play in

yeah it was a littloe bit wobbly when i took it for a drive up the road only drove it about 100m then turned around went home and put the bolt back in

yeah it is a mercedes g wagen just got a 5 cylinder 3 litre diesel in it with a 4 speed auto comes with factory fitted lockers at both ends :D :D

sat i caught up on sleep then took rear axle outta the surf then went and had a gawk at conans awesome toy, sunday went snowboarding and defrosted my beer fridge with a heat gun :lol:
