ok time to remove the 2lt and ive decided to build a 5lt as it will be better in the long run for me
ive seen alot of people saying use the 2l gear on these builds but there are a few things that i would like abit of clarity on any help would be greatly appreciated,i have looked on ore but failed to find any links on them
questions are
what injector pump to use 5l? 2lt?
what injectors? 5l 2lt?
fuel pump electric or manuel and why?
inlet manifold is it worth fab a new one to suit?
what turbo as ive read ct12's run out of puff on a 3l
exhaust manifold?and size
are the l series sleeved?
is there any extra work i could do to make it more reliable?
i have read using the 5l crank and pistons in the 2 l block can happen but how? surely there different bores and strokes or is there roomto machine the bore or space for the stroke?\
is there any extra wiring on a 5l? or extra to put on for the +t
i have rebuilt petrol engines before and a couple of n14s haha so im no stranger to that side of reconditioning
any help is appreciated
