almost half way through my landcruiser 70 build and now its time for the shackle reversal on the front springs.

can anybody give me any advice on

removing the old mounts

and how to make the new ones and what to make them from should i butcher some rhs or just get some 6 or 8mm profile cut

and advice would be greatly appreciated
