odlins rd to the hut update anyone???

hi all drove into the hut befor the last snow, then tryed after the snow about 2 weeks ago and shell we say the truck got a but of bush rash,(need a couple of indercators and bullbar if anyone has any around) didnt even get to the clearing at the summit, pulled a fear few trees out of the way but gave up (no chain saw and a big tree) and just camped out under the stars, so wanting to know has any one been to the hut since? keen to go in, within the next few weekends just wondering how prepared i need to be, thanks all andy.

We went up last Saturday with chainsaws, cleared the track all the way including one small slip. Ya can get all the way to the hut and beyond, took about 4 hours from the summit with 2 chainsaws( heaps of trees down) you'll definitely still get plenty of bush rash though.
