Any have trouble with tie-rod ends (ball joints)?
I just put a set in 2000 km ago and one of them is completely flogged out, despite regular greasing! I'm well pissed off.
Maybe I need to buy mitsi ones?

I have done 45000km in 7 years and had to replace one in that time 6 months ago. 20000 of those km were in the 1st year on road and so the majority is off road now.
I'm picking they are still originals!!

On closer inspection it looks like the outer joint might be binding at full droop.
I've flipped the top ball joint with spacer, and trimmed the bump-stops. Too much I guess. I suppose I'll have to put fatter bump stops in and wind out a bit of lift from the front. Restore it to the traditional pajero-arse-up-in-the-air look.

Just take the spacer out, too dangerous in my opinion. I've flipped mine and taken the droop stops out completely, just a piece of mountain bike tyre tread to stop the "clang" and I've had no problems.
