Welcome to of road express, sled dog racing? Your the first person I've heard of over here doing that, interesting.
I would recommend a kumho KL-71, good value, good on the road, tend to fill up quickly in muddy conditions but otherwise alright offroad.

sled dog racing is more popular than one would think! When i lived in CHCH every week they would be out at bottle lake with the sled teams

Ah ok, showed the wife and she said the dogs look like they're in top condition. I think they are as well, it woud be scary to see how much they eat!
