lifting 89 escudo swb

hey dose anyone know the cheapest way to lift my escudo 2'' suspension lift and 2'' body lift? and where do you get them?
and body wise there are kits on TradeMe that ORE user Ben does. Good quality kits with everything you need. You realise you need a cert for body lift? oh and over 50mm suspension lift technically is also cert.
