Went to replace the pinion seal in the rear of my ln106 hilux and have noticed that the old seal has worn a couple of massive grooves in the seals surface on the flange, Question is can i buy the flange pretty cheap or do i have to machine the surface down and then put a speedy sleeve on just want my truck on the road again cheers

Use two pot plastic metal on flange and fit speedy sleeve, no need for any machining, I have written an article on replacing pinion seal, if you do a search you should be able to find it. Have a read. FItzy.
