Ok so after looking thru the engine manual I identified the pipe as the hose for the Outer Vent Control Valve, so I'm guessing its probably meant to vent to atmosphere? As it is it just hangs down out the bottom of the engine bay, is there somewhere its meant to be connected too? Looks good for sucking up water as it is. Not like toyota to leave loose hoses I've always seen them with the tidiest vac pipe setups
Edit: Ok now I see its meant to go to the charcoal canister, which is non existant..so what should I do with it leave as is, block it up?
