the farther in laws mitsi pajero swb 4m40 turbo is using water
havnt had a chance to look at it yet.
want to know if they are common for blowing head gaskets.
or leaking water from waterpump or hoses etc
he says it doesnt over heat.
its done 196xxxish kms last time i looked

Yea they do head gaskets, like most small diesels.

Check all the heater lines that it is not that - most have a rear heater too so there are heater lines under the vehicle.

Yeah place i work at on mondays had 3 of these do headgaskets within a couple of weeks, cant remember exactly but you can just chuck a new gasket in either, something to do with blocks warping? and cant be resurfaced?
