Couple of vit questions

Hi there, I'm a long time lurker!
I've had a 3dr vitara for a long time, it gets me where I want to go...... but with another child on the way I'm now a seat short.
Has anyone done a conversion from the 5dr - and put the rear seats in the 3dr to get that extra seat?
Secondly - mines carby - would be interested to hear if anyone has done a conversion to standard airbox+panel filter - and if so how did you secure a hose on the top of the carby.
