2lt electrical prob

hey guys turned my truck off yesterday and when i went to start it again i had no power to the dash,stereo,clock,windows and tail lights. head lights and horn work and batt voltage is sweet. it dosent turn over. i checked all the fuses in the truck and under the bonnet and all seem ok.
any ideas im stumped :roll:

by the way its a 85 surf with a 2lt
