Hey mate welcome.
Where in Australia are you? I know in some states the motor has to be younger than the car it's going into.

You'll find Queensland has the toughest rules for cars/4x4s and they are one of the states where the new motor has to be the same year or younger. Would definitely talk to an engineer first and apply to Queensland transport if you want to lift the vehicle more than about an inch with springs, and up to 50mm body lift which also requires permission. Unfortunately you wont get those tyres on there legally either, only allowed 15mm above standard and 1.5x the width. Was about to go through all this as I live in cairns usually but put it in the too hard basket and bought a car so i wouldn't get the urge to modify.
